The streets are like glass

Today the time is really bad. The temperature is below zero - maybe about -10 or -15 degrees.
During the night rained, so this morning the streets and pavements are like glass, and it is really hard for people to drive avtorentacars(i.e. - cars)

All avtorentacar taxis, buses - almost the all urban transport was stopped. A few of the roads were closed... that's really bad time - it's really hard for people to walk. Maybe a lot of people will be wounded and a lot of avtorentacars will be crashed.

I hope that the time will become better tomorrow, because it is really hard for US - people to go to school or work.
